Our team of dedicated staff will find you a buyer and progress your sale through to a successful exchange and completion as seamlessly as possible. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. However, with our remote access to our telephones we can take your call up to 8pm Monday to Saturday.

Solicitors

You are free to choose your own solicitor but it's important to consider location when finalising documents. At Bishop we recommend two local firms that will be able to assist with your transaction.

When it comes to signing documentation and confirming proof of identity, these often have to be done at the offices of the solicitors dealing with your conveyancing so having a local firm means you do not have to travel to complete this task.

Also if you use a solicitor locally its likely that the vendor will also be using a local agent and that again can keep the process moving smoothly.
